We are taking a break from performing to focus on recording and mixing. Plans for a CD release gig in the first week of December are being made.

"de la sur", the album of pop songs by cnr recorded throughout most of 2000 will is completed. Four of the 12+ songs feature the band north, the rest is cnr singing all the voices (including a 16 voice choral prelude) and playing all the instruments. Just some final touches on the mixing are being made. Mastering and Artwork remain to be done. recent news: In the summer of 2000, cnr filled in as a solo artist at the after five music festival in charlottesville, virginia and played three tunes for several thousand people. By the time the blue mockingbirds went on, there were 6,500 in the audience. (As the performance was captured on video, there will eventually be a short montage of cnr's set on this website.) |
